This January 2019, I’m excited to share a new 6 week course, which is an introduction to Qoya and also an opportunity to focus on yourself, self care, to feel incredible in your own skin and start the year with energy, confidence and self belief.
Each week, we’ll explore different themes and you’ll also get the opportunity to learn different self care practices to practice between classes; journalling, breath work, affirmations and more. If you’ve been thinking about trying Qoya, it’s a great chance get started with other women who are also new to Qoya and to invest time in yourself and explore what other self care practices work for you. The New Year is a great time to start afresh and what better time to put yourself first?
